1. Order Cancellation

All of our products are handmade and made to order.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

If you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to assist, but changes are not guaranteed.
2. No Returns or Refunds

Because every item is custom crafted, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once production begins, except where required by law.

Please double-check all sizes, colors, and customization details before confirming your order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

After verification, we will remake or refund the item at no additional cost.
4. Legal Rights

If your shipping address is in a region that grants mandatory consumer protections (for example, the EU 14-day cooling-off period), we will comply with those legal requirements.

To exercise such rights, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and the request must be submitted within the legally required timeframe.
